Amazing opportunity for an ambitious account to exec to join an established team in the Fintech sector. Working directly with, and learning from the Sales Director, this is an opportunity to own sizeable client relationships and having a direct impact by both driving the business in the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Own the cross-functional sales cycle until contract closing to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build the UK business by understanding clients’ needs and developing compelling sales materials that communicate the value proposition effectively
  • Build and maintain strong client and industry relationships through regular client calls and networking events
  • Contribute to sales enablement efforts and process improvement by sharing client insights and driving best practice
  • Enable a seamless client onboarding experience via effective communication with the implementations team

Requirements

  • 4-6+ years of experience in sales-related roles, ideally within finance/fintech, b2b
  • Previous experience and strong interest in investments, securities trading and software
  • Demonstrated expertise with B2B sales methodologies, such as solution/consultative selling as well as practical application of industry best practices
  • Stakeholder management skills: strong leadership skills, able to communicate well with different stakeholder groups, and are not afraid to challenge assumptions internally or externally
  • Negotiation skills with the ability to create trust, effectively handle objections and present compelling pitches
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for teamwork.
