This is a great opportunity for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a well-established business in the Fintech industry. The role involves identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential business opportunities. The SDR will work closely with Business Development Managers (BDMs) to book meetings and support the sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Contact potential clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for BDMs with key decision-makers.
  • Follow a structured referral route
  • Pitch directly to clients and build strong relationships.
  • Meet and exceed weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Keep the CRM system updated with accurate information.
  • Work with the sales team to ensure smooth handovers and good client relationships.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Motivated, results-driven, and keen to exceed targets.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.
